Malaria Control in Cambodia: Building a Community-Based Response

This report describes the MCC project’s strategies in malaria control in the four western provinces of Cambodia where the high risk of multi-drug resistant malaria is emerging. The comprehensive approach includes prevention, diagnosis, and treatment, particularly among highly vulnerable mobile and migrant populations, as well as capacity building of malaria program managers and research on drug-resistant malaria and private sector services.
