Developing an In-Service Training Improvement Framework: Guidance for Improved Sustainability, Effectiveness and Efficiency

This short report highlights the importance of in-service training programs towards building the capacity of health workers to provide quality health services. HCI seeks to collaborate with interested development partners, Ministries of Health, professional associations and experts to develop an improvement framework to guide the development and delivery of in-service training programs to ensure their sustainability, effectiveness and efficiency. This activity is supported by USAID through the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).
