In collaboration with Tanzania's Ministry of Health and Social Welfare (MOHSW), the USAID HCI Project designed a baseline assessment of HIV/AIDS service providers to gather information on productivity and engagement. The information gathered from the assessment was used to develop a set of improved human resource practices that will be integrated into the ongoing ART/PMTCT collaborative. The baseline was conducted in six sites in Mtwara from June 30?July 6, 2010.
