Lesotho USAID Health Care Improvement Project: Improving TB and TB/HIV Services (2005-2009)

This  fact sheet describes URC's work, focus areas, and key achievements in quality improvement of TB/HIV health services in Lesotho. The project focused on identifying innovated ways to increased TB/HIV awareness with advocacy, communication and social mobilization. Key achievements include: Completion of a TB case management guidelines manual, revision of Ministry's TB Register, and increased in trained health workers.
