Baseline Monitoring and Evaluation of Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response in Tanzania

Integrated Disease Survellance and Response (IDSR) is intended to help health teams quickly respond to disease outbreaks.  The IDSR strategy was developed by WHO in 1998 and later adopted by the Tanzanian Ministry of Health. This report presents the findings of IDSR baseline data on integrated disease survellance in 2003 in Tanzania.
